Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of placement of order with our preferred partners. Even though delivery time is stipulated and not in our ultimate control, we expect the customer to receive the ordered product within 3-5 working days of dispatch.
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Unfortunately, Kstory does not ship outside India at the moment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
We have standard shipping charges.
Free shipping for all orders above ₹1000
A flat ₹70 is applied to all orders below ₹700
A subsidised rate of ₹30 is applied to all orders with a value between ₹700-₹1000

The prices you see in your final invoice include the cost of packaging and delivering the product to you in optimum condition, inclusive of GST applicable. For the breakdown of taxable amount and GST applied, please check the invoice of your order.
We might run promotions and offers on one or multiple products and different times. The price of the product is stagnant and promotional discounts and bundle offers may be provided if and when deemed appropriate and necessary. We are at your discretion to discontinue or change a specific promotion or offer when we deem appropriate.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
If you do not prefer an online mode of payment, you can pay cash on delivery. Remember to select the method of payment as ‘Cash on Delivery’ during Checkout.
Cash on Delivery payments can only be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
For COD orders, there is Cash On Delivery charge of ₹100 will be added to the final amount
Reshipment of order happens when a customer didn’t receive the order (returned to our warehouse) and it is returned to the Kstory. In such a case, if a customer still wants the order to be reshipped an additional shipping charge of ₹ 70 will be added for reshipment.
Returns & Replacements
Kstory takes pride in making sure the customer gets what he sees and sees what he expects. All our products will be comprehensively tested and tried. On grounds of production deformities and shortcomings, the customer will be entitled to a complete no questions asked replacement.
An exchange request can only be made within 2 days of receiving the order.
Provided we receive our material in uncompromising condition.
Once the product is received by us, it needs to pass inspection procedure to make sure the product is unused, unopened and in the same condition as sent in.
When all grounds are clear, we will dispatch the customer's desired exchanged product which should be of the same or higher-order value as the returned order.
Please note that only a part of the order cannot be exchanged. Allow 10-12 working days for the entire exchange process to be completed.
Are sales or promotional items eligible for return/ refund?
Any promotional sales items or orders are not eligible for return or refund. Other related details will be announced from time to time.
Wrong Product Delivered
In the rare case of a wrong product delivered, you need to inform us along with product images within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, and after authorizing it we will replace it with the correct product.
*In the case of COD orders, the shipping + COD charges are non-refundable.
The customer may cancel their order within 2 working days of placing it with us. Once an order is shipped, it is not under our control to cancel it. Reach out to us at email@example.com for further assistance.
Even though we do not have any discretions over orders being placed on our website by visitors, we do hold the eventual authority over fulfilling it. We might put an order on hold or cancel it if it is deemed fraudulent or malicious, without liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in the pricing of products on the website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded. Further, in case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to inform law enforcement officials and provide them with all transaction details that may be requested for investigation of any illegal activity.

Updating Account Information
User accounts and systems are managed internally by the system, and administered by us. If a user registers himself/herself via email, that email ID is an indefinite identifier for our system, meaning the user cannot change his/her email ID for the registered user. If in case the user has to change his email address, he has to get in touch with us via email and make a requisition for the same. All the other account-related information can be altered once the user logs into his/her account.
Default dispatch is made to the address provided and for the convenience of yourself and us and all the parties in between, the user is expected to provide a comprehensive postal address filled with House Number, Apartment Name (if any), Street name (if any), locality and Pin Code.
